About Us

CP Build Commercial is a general contractor based out of Bozeman, Montana that focuses on multi-family, hospitality, light commercial and mixed-use constructions. In 2023, we split CP Build, creating CP Build Commercial and Cadius Homes. Our completed projects of Talbach Haus, The Independent and The Flats at Yellowstone Bend are representative of the constructions that CP Build Commercial will take charge of moving forward. As of June 2023, we are licensed for work in Montana and Nevada and are in the process of acquiring an Oregon license. CP Build Commercial is interested in pursuing construction projects across the western US and will acquire licenses for additional states as needed.
