A Look Ahead

We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Everhome Suites! CP Build Commercial is serving as the general contractor for the Everhome Suites located in Bozeman, Montana. The project is currently well underway and is located on Fowler Avenue.

CP Build Commercial is continuing development in Helena, Montana with The Maverick apartment building which we began construction on 2023. The Maverick is going up next to our The Independent mixed-use building located at 317 Cruse Avenue.

We also have a couple of exciting projects set to begin in early 2024. The first is a hotel project in Medford, Oregon. The second is a 29-unit condo building that will go up in the new Gran Cielo development in Bozeman, Montana.
